Unfortunately, Par3Prints does not offer returns as we are a print on demand company. That being said, we want to make sure every customer is happy with their purchase so if you have an issue with your received print, we would gladly work with you to resolve the problem and send a replacement print. 

Have an issue with received print? Simply email us at par3prints@gmail.com and follow these easy steps!

1. Provide your name and or order number

2. Give a brief description of the problem with your order

3. If the problem is with the print itself (EX: damaged, incorrect), please attach a couple of photos for proof so we can get to the bottom of it asap! :)

4. Par3Prints will gather all the information and determine if your order is eligible for a replacement :)
